WAGES AND CONDITIONS COMMONS PASSES BILL (Received May 20, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, May 2S jTho Government's Road Haulage Bill, providing for the regulation of *ages and conditions of workers engaged in road transport, passed through '-its remaining stages in the House of Commons yesterday. It will affect between 600,000 and 700,000 workers in the industry.
