NEW ZEALANDER TO THE RESCUE A much-travelled Wellington lady tells of an experience that will interest all New Zealanders:— "I thought perhaps you plight like to hear of an experience I had when crossing from New Zealand to San Francisco some little time ago. An elderly passenger—an American —after !being 'dipped' crossing the Lino, developed a heavy cold. 1 missed him and inquired the causo, and was told he was very bad. I had the usual Baxters in my luggage and took it to hitn, and the first dose had an effect. Ho was loud in his praise of my 'cure' and asked me if ho could got it in America. Anyway he woujd not part with the bottle, and I had to go to England without it. I thought perhaps this incident would interest you." The letter, of course, was addressed to Messrs. Baxters, Ltd., proprietors of New Zealand's most famous remedy, Baxters Lung Preserver. The unique properties of "Baxters" never fail to impress people from overseas who make the acquaintance of this wonderful specific. "Baxters" has no equal as a, remedy for coughs, colds, sore throats, bronchitis and most chest afflictions.
