SOUTH AFRICA ALARMED (Received May 13, 5.5 p.in.> CAPETOWN, May 13 -South Africa as Well as Britain is alarmed at the dumping of German motor-cars in 1937, the imports in thar year being 2496 compared with 546 in 1936. Gennan firms offer a duty-free price and a subsidy to sellers.
