CRIMES PROVED

Ten minutes sufficed for the jury to make up its mind in the Supreme Court yesterday on two charges of incest brought against Francis Leo Johnson, aged 47. The offences were alleged to have occurred at Swansou in May and June of last year. The jury found accused guilty on both counts, and he was remanded by Mr. Justico Callan for sentence at an early date. The Court was cleared during the hearing of evidence. Mr. G. S. R. Meredith prosecuted and Mr. Noble conducted the defence.
