NORTHERN RHODESIA (Received May 12, 5.5 p.m.) British "Wireless RUGBY, May 11 Questions addressed to the Colonial Secretary on the views expressed in the recent report of the financial and economic Commission 011 Social Services in Northern Rhodesia were answered in the House of Commons to-day by Mr, Malcolm Mac Donald, Dominions Secretary. He said Lord Harlech was naturally anxious that these services should be expanded whero necessary, but he would not be in a position to make any statement on the action to be taken on the report of the Commission until he received the observations and recommendation of the Northern Rhodesian Government.
