THAMES COAST SCHEME GUARANTEE BY BUSINESS MEN [by TELEGRAPH OWN correspondent] THAMES, Thursday Any deficiencies between the total amount guaranteed by the consumers and the total amount required in this connection for the reticulation of the Thames coast with electricity will be made up In the Thames Chamber of Commerce This decision was made at a meeting this morning, when the president of the chamber, Mr. K. S. Hetherington, reported on the position as at present. Now that the question of the guarantee has been finalised, the next move lies with the Thames Valley ElectricPower Board, and it is expected that a statement as to when the work is likely to be put in hand will be made in the near future.
