ISLANDS IN PACIFIC
QUESTION OF OWNERSHIP DENIAL OF AGREEMENT LONDON, May 9 Although it was reported from Washington that an agreement had been reached regarding Canton and Enderbury Islands in the Pacific, British Government quarters say they are still awaiting the final acceptance by the United States of the British points, says the Australian Associated Press.
