WAIKATO EXHIBITION many guests attend ' COMPREHENSIVE DISPLAY [from our own corbksfosdbnt] HAMILTON, Tuesday The third rota exhibition held by the Waikato Society of Arts opened last evening with a private view. A large gathering of members and friends viewed with interest a display which included paintings in oils, water colours, etchings and handicraft work. The function was held in the Waikato Winter Show Hall, which had been attractively decorated with hydrangeas and flowers in autumn tonings. , . The exhibition was officially opened by Mr. C. R. Ford, of Auckland. The guests were received by the president of the society, Mr. J. Trcloar, and Mrs. Treloar, the latter wearing a gown of ivory and rose floral crepe.
