Mrs. H. J. Kelliher, Portland Road, Remuera, returned by air on Saturday from Wellington. Mrs. Carl Jaggs, Hemi Street, Devonport, has returned from a visit to the Bay of Islands. Mrs. R. E. Cunningham, Dudley Road, Mission Bay, has returned from a fishing holiday at Rotor ua. Mrs. B. P. Welch, of Morrinsville, is staying with her sister, Miss Babs Markham, of Waterloo Quadrant. Mrs. L. M. Smith has returned from a tour of the North island and has taken up her residence at Stanley Point.. Mrs. Gordon Armstrong, who has been visiting relatives in Auckland, will leave on May 11 on. her return to England. Mrs. P. Sandwell, and Miss Saiulwell of Vancouver, arrived at Auckland yesterday .by the Aorangi en route to Tasmania. xMiss Erla Saunders, of Remuera, who has been visiting her sister, Mrs. Alan MoCov. of New Plymouth, returned to Auckland 011 Saturday. , Mrs. R. Evoringham, of Sydney, arrived at Auckland yesterday by the Aorangi en- route trt Australia atter a visit to the United States. Mrs. B. Arnoldson and Miss D. M. Arnoldson, of Auckland, will lea\e today by tho Mariposa for Honolulu, where they will in future reside. Mrs. S. D. Crothers and Miss Jean Crothers, of Waterloo Quadrant, left by the Wanganella 011 Saturday on a visit to England and the Continent. Mrs. J. W. Holy-Hutchinson, of London, who has been visiting the Dominion, will leave Auckland by the Mariposa to-day on her return to England. Mrs. A. J. B. Pemberthv, of Wanganui, who has been visiting her sister, Mrs. Kendall, of St. Heliers Bay, left on Saturday by the Wanganella tor Sydney ■ Miss Mary Craig, who has recently returned from a trip to England, is staying with her aunt. Miss G. Gudgeon. King Edward Parade, Devonport, and will return to her home in Morrinsville early this week. Miss Louise Williamson, of Clifton Road, Takapuna, will leave to-day by the Mariposa for the United States. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Julius W. Williamson, will accompany her. Miss Williamson's marriage to Mr. Russell Townsend will take place in Salisbury, Maryland, and prior to the wedding she 'will stay with her aunt, Mrs. H. S. Todd.
