JAPANESE UNIVERSITIES Times Cablo LONDON, April 20 A commission is investigating books used in Japanese universities, says tho Tokio corresppndent of tho Times. The commission is banning those regarded as encouraging Liberalism, offending morals, describing excessive cruelty or written by authors who have attacked Japan.
