BRITAIN CRITICISED GERMAN OFFICER'S ARTICLE LONDON. April 10 Mr. Chamberlain's inclusion of Portugal among the countries in whose defence Britain would automatically fight evokes comments 011 British "wooing of Portugal" in a German military periodical, the Deutschewehr.
