COLLAPSES AT SHOW
SYDNEY'S RECORD DAY FARMER DROPS DEAD ATTENDANCE OF 183,895 (Received April 17, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 17 The Sunday Sun, in describing the huge attendance at the Royal Show yesterday, states that at least 300 people collapsed, most of them at last night's session. A farmer dropped dead in the crush and ambulance men had to cacry his body above the heads of the crowd to a waggon. The attendance • constituted a record of 183,895 for one day. The total attendances at the show so far are more than 500,000.
