CABINET CHANGES
NEW SOUTH WALES STATE SYDNEY, April 14 In the reconstruction of the New South Wales Cabinet, tho Chief Secretary, Mr. F. A. Chaffey, and the assistant Ministers, Mr. J. 13. Shand and Mj\ J. My an, have retired. The new Ministers are: —Chief Secretary, Mr. U. C. Gollan; Minister of Agriculture, Mr. A. D. Reid; assistant Minister, Mr. A. Mair; honorary Minister, Mr. A. Richardson.
