EXPLOSION VICTIM

CORONER OPENS INQUEST Formal evidence was taken by Mr. W. H. McKean, S.M., coroner, at an inquest yesterday into the death of William Twiston Davies, aged 15 years and 10 months, only son of Mr. and Mrs. P. T. Davies. of 90 Victoria Avenue, Remuera, who was killed on Sunday when some chemicals with which he was playing at home exploded. The inquest was adjourned sine die.
