Three petitions for restitution of conjugal rights were heard by Mr. .Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yesterday. , Married in August 15)24, Frederick William Waldrou (Mr. ( Chalmers) sought the return of his wife, Phyllis Theresa Waldron. Petitioner said his wife'had left him four years ago and refused to return. He had had their child, a girl now 13 years of age, in his care all along. Respondent was ordered.to return to petitioner within 14 days of service. The period was also fixed at 14 days for the return of Eugene Edwin Booth to Josephine Beatrice Booth (Mr. H. I. Simson) and for the return of Helen Bowman' Jordan to Reginald Jordan (Mr. McCarthy).
