UMBRELLA MAKER'S DEATH ENGLAND'S RAINLESS WEEKS LONDON, March 30 Before committing suicide, Harold Bowyer, of Kingsbury, an umbrella maker, told a neighbour that lie could no longer bear London's weeks of sunny weather, which was ruining his business. The month of March has been the warmest and finest for more than a century.
