SULTAN OF OMAN'S GIFT (Received March 31, 0.5 p.m.) B'itwh Wireless ' RUGBY, March 30 The Sultan of Oman was received in a *ldience by the King at Buckingham to-day. After investing the Sultan with the insignia, of K.C.I.E. His Majesty accepted a jewelled sword from him.
