/SECOND OFFENDER FINED WARNING BY MAGISTRATE [BT "TEiEOBA.PII —-PHESS ASSOCIATION] BLENHEIM. Thursday A farmer, Albert Teuton, who was •remanded yesterday by Mr. T. E. Maunsell, S.M., for farther consideration of the penalty to be imposed on a charge of driving a motor truck while intoxicated—this second offence —was fined £2O and disqualified from holding a driver's licence . fo;r two years. "You are lucky to escape imprisonment, but ycu kno'iv what to expect next time," said the magistrate.
