CARNIVAL AT TE PUKE SOME EXCITING FINISHES [BY TEIjKGRAPE —OWN COHHKSPONDENT] TE PUKE, Monday Over GOO people were admitted to the Te l'uko Swimming Club's final carnival. The attraction was the diving and swimming exhibitions by the visiting Kmpire Gaines representatives, but the other races provided exciting finishes. Miss Loydon gave an excellent example of overarm when she swain eight lengths in her easy style.
