Foiling Car Thieves

Long-suffering London motorists have evolved what is perhaps a new plan to prevent ear-stealing. It consists of connecting the ignition circuit to the electric horn through a switch concoaled behind the instrument panel. When a driver leaves the car, he simply turns this switch on. Thereafter, if anybody switches on the engine he also starts the horn blowing, and it continues to blow until the engine is switched oft.
