TENNIS CLUB DANCE
SUCCESSFUL EVENING There was a large gathering at a dance held by the Henderson Tennis Club in the Town Hall on Thursday evening. The ballroom was attractively decorated for the occasion. Prizes won at the recent tennis tournament were presented to Mrs. Harre and Mrs. Laurie, of Glen Eden, winners of the ladies' doubles, and to Messrs. Faber and Swinburn, of Alt. Roskill, who won the men's doubles. The ladies' committee comprised Airs. Duncan, Alisses A. Alarsh, AL Bussey, Y. Ingham, E Bussey, P. Massey, j. Bussey, D. Rosier and 1. TJndrill.
