LABOURER FINED £5 [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday A fine of £5 was imposed on Alexander Wallace Copley, aged 37, labourer, in the Police Court to-day when ho appeared before Messrs, C. K. Alexander and F. Findlay, J.P.'s, on a charge of being on the racecourse of the To Arolia Racing Club on February 26, while being a person excluded from attending tho meeting. Defendant, who pleaded guilty, was allowed ft week in which to pay the fine.
