BROTHERS IN LODGE
MEMBERS- OF ONE FAMILY PIONEERS IN THE NORTH [BY TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT] DAIIGAVILLE, Friday With the installation of Mr. Hugh McCarroll, of Marcretu, into the chair of Franklin Lodge, No. 2138, E.G., at Paparoa next Wednesday, all chairs of this Masonic Lodge will be occupied by members of the same family. T.he installing master will be Mr. T. McCarroll, of Thames. Other brothers of the same family who will take part in the installation will be Messrs R. McCaxroll, J. H. McCarroll, J. N. McCarroll, D. McCarroll and W. McCarroll. One of the pioneering families of North Auckland, tbe McCarrolls, since their arrival from Belfast, Ireland, 50 years ago, have taken ft major share in the development of the district. In recent years six brothers have assisted in local body administration.
