CABINET MINISTERS

VISITS TO PROVINCE The Hon. P. Fraser, Minister olf Health, spent yesterday in the Waikato. In the morning lie attended the official opening of King Koroki's house at Ngaruawahia, and received several deputations at Hamilton. In the afternoon ho inspected the modern newblock of the Hamilton East School and at night ho joined the limited express for Wellington. The Hon. F. Langstone, acting-Minis-ter of Native Affairs, arrived at Frankton yesterday morning from Wellington and attended the official opening of King Koroki's house at Ngaruawahia. He joined the limited express at night for the south. The Hon. W. Lee Martin, Minister of Agriculture, arrived in Hamilton yesterday, and, after attending the official opening of King Koroki's new home at Ngaruawahia, was present at the inaugural meeting of the advisory committee of Buakura State Farm. He will visit the Ngaruawahia Regatta today and to-morrow he is to be present at the unveiling of the gates erected at the Huntly Domain in memory of a former member of the Borough Council, Mr. W. H. Bailey. He will return to Wellington to-morrow nisrht. The Hon. F. Jones, PostmasterGeneral, left Wellington last night for the South Island. On Monday he is to open the new post office at Queenstown and other engagements will keep him in the South Island for about a week. The Hon. H. T. Armstrong, Minister of Labour, arrived in Nelson yesterdnv morning, and received deputations. He was accorded an enthusiastic civic reception. The Minister visited various works to be undertaken, and left in the afternoon for Onekaka on an unofficial visit. Mr. Armstrong will go to Christehurch to-morrow. The Hon. It. Semple, Minister of Public Works, arrived in Blenheim yesterday by air from Wellington, and to-morrow he will inspect the northern section of the south Main Trunk railway, After delivering an address at Kaikoura to-morrow night, he will return to Blenheim and give an address on Monday night, leaving on Tuesday for Nelson.
