AMATEUR BILLIARDS
(Received March 17, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 17 Kingsley Kennerley, of Birmingham, won the English amateur billiards championship for the second year in succession and has been chosen to represent England in the Empire championship contest at Melbourne in June.
