SKYLIGHTS BROKEN
BOMBARDED WITH STONES WATER FILTER. BUILDING "They only need to break the gauge glasses and they will upset the whole system,'" said Mr. H. E. McEntee, chairman, at a meeting of the Papakura Town Board, when the turncock reported that the water filter buildings had been bombarded with stories and that skylights had been broken. Soma of the missiles narrowly missed striking the gauge glasses. Mr. D. Weir recommended that the skylights should be reinforced with wired glass in future. "This is the first time anything of this sort has happened since they Vera installed 15 years ago," ' added Mr. Weir. The board decided to reinforce the skylights without delay.
