NEW BY-LAW IN FORGE [from otm OWN correspondent] HAMILTON. Friday In an effort to relieve traffic congestion in Hamilton, by-laws prohibiting the turning of motor vehicles in Victoria Street from Hood Street to Bryce Street became effective to-day. It is possible to turn out of. Victoria Street into any side street or right-of-way. but a complete turn from one side of the street to the other to park on the other side or to proceed in the opposite direction is prohibited.
