CHILDREN FROM NORTH
PERIOD IN HEALTH CAMP Fifty-nine North Auckland school children arrived in Auckland by the express late yesterday afternoon to spend three weeks' holiday at Motuilii under the auspices of the Auckland Central Council of the national caildren's health scheme. The group of boys and girls came from Opua, Waimate North, Paihia, Okaihau, Tutekehua, Mata, KohuKpnu, Rawene and one from Whangarei. t>on:B of tho visitors had never been in Auckland, and even the trip by train was a new experience. ~ A t „ ra As the schools in the districts ar open, teachers were not available accompany them. They were in ti charge of Miss R. L. Thomas, a mis sioner, of Okaihau, and Mesdames i< Rownsell and J. Fitzherbert.
