DR. GUNSON'S INTENTION NO COMMENT UPON RUMOURS A refusal to camnient upon persistent statements that he was reconsidering his decision to stand as an independent candidate for the- Remuera seat at the general election was made last night by Dr. E. B. Gunson. He said he knew there were rumours that he was reconsidering his candidature, but he was standing by his announcement of last month, when he published his intention of contesting the seat.
