PROMISE OF SUBSIDIES A: ; - WARSAW. Mftrth 4 The "stay-in" strike at the Warsaw Opera House, caused by the non-pay-ment of wages, has ended. The Government and the City Council have each promised a £3BOO subsidy to the Opera House.
