WAIRERE BOARD'S PLANS [by telegraph—rnrx correspondent] TE KUITI, Monday The Wairero Power Board, at a special meeting, decided to apply to- •- the Lo:al Government Loans Board for : - authority to raise an additional £15,000 for reticulation purposes as" and when required. The board has , t now practically utilised the £17,000 loan money and is asking for this * further authority as a result of further f applications for power. It is expected that the Mokauiti and Mokau River ■> lines will be finished under the present loan authority, but the board hopes toextend to Ngatamahine and possibly along Trooper's Road.
