After five rounds had been played J. Wallace and G. Berry were level in the leads section with five wins, and in the skips section W. Smith and J. Smith were unbeaten. Grant's team won, defeating Walder in the final, 4—2. The semi-final resulted in a win for Walder, 5, against Tlbbetts, 4. , Tn the section play Grant, Walder and Tibbetts secured three wins each. Baylißfc, Roberts, Stark, .Campbell, T. H. Wilson, Courtney, Wilding and Huyton won two out of lliri-p tramps.
