MACHINIST TO PAY £4 FINE "You had better take, out a prohibition order," said Mr.* F. K. Hunt, to Norman Martin Cameron, a machinist, aged who appeared in . the Police Court yesterday, and pleaded ; guilty to charges of- assaulting Georgia Hannah damaging a door, the property of Ethel Constance Jones, to the extent of 10s, and using indecent language in Customs Street, on Saturday. Sub-Inspector Fox said accused went into a cafe, while under the influence of liquor, and bought two pies. These he began to eat 011 the premises, to the annoyance of other customers, and he nas pushed outside. There ho began to kick the door and damaged it. "What about the assault?" asked the magistrate. ''He threw otie pie at the woman in charge and hit her in the face," said Mr. Fox. "The other one landed among some soft drinks." The accused was fined £1 and costs for the assault, ordered to pay for tho damage and .to take out a prohibition order, and was convicted and discharged for using indecent language.
