DIVORCE PETITION
DECREE NISI GRANTED An undefended petition for divorce on the grounds of an agreement to separate was heard before Mr. Justice Callan In the Supremo Court yesterday. Petitioner was Alexander Allan, farmer, of Whnkatane (Mr, Fleming), who sought an annulment of his marriage with Barbara Allan (Mr. Grant). Petitioner said he married respondent at Auckland on December .')(), 19/10, and they lived together at Whakatano. In September, 15)31, they had entered into an agreement to separate, and had lived apart since that date. There were no children of the marriage. A decree nisi, to be made absolute after three months, was granted.
