LYCEUM CLUB
ARTS AND CRAFTS CIRCLE AlomberK of tho arts and crafts circle of the Lyceum Club spent an enjoyable aftornoon 011 Friday when they were the guests of Aliss G. Glimmer at a garden party at her father's home at Mount Eden. Tennis and competitions were aranged, while seats under shady trees gave opportunity for a restful interlude. Aftornoon tea was served in tho house, alter which the guests wore able to view the lovely old prints and other antiques in the drawing and dining rooms. The convener of the circle, Dr. Gladys Rowley, thanked Miss Gummer for her hospitality, 011 behalf of the members. As tho guests loft they all received a snapshot of scones taken of Aliss Gummer's garden. Assisting tho hostess were Airs. W. H. C. Cummer, Airs. W. Shopley and Miss Molly Williams. Among tlioso present were: —Mrs. Wagner (Washington), Airs. A. Bishop, Airs. F. Howard, Airs. Charles Atartvn, Airs. E. Dickinson, Mrs. A. Stubbs, Airs. Goodall, Airs. G. L. Cole, Airs. E. G.
