Sir, —In j'our issue of February 24, a v letter a pilars signed "Tax" re above, jvHe grumbles about nothing being: dona 'if; to beautify the streets of ElTerslie. Well, '?§£■ in my opinion, it i;> the vacant sections which take a lot of the beauty away from the streets, and they are good weed terminators, including blackberry. .What I vould like to knotr, is f'SjjS there no by-law in Ellerslie compelling the owners of these sections to cut them once a year.
