BRAVE COALMINERS (Received February 18, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Feb. 17 Among the recipients of decorations from tlie King at a second investiture in connection with the New Year honours were two miners, who are brothers, from Staffordshire, 'I hey were awarded medals for bravery in a colliery accident last year.'
