FILMS OF DUKE

REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL CIRCULATION IN BRITAIN (Received February 4, 6.5 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 4 The Duke of Windsor's solicitors have asked Kino Films not to release newsreels of the Duke's activities, including those of the wedding which ere being imported from the United States. Kino Films replied: "As several copies of the film are already in circulation in England privately and, as nothing of a defamatory character against your client appears in them, we see no reason why they should be withdrawn."
