CEYLON CONSTITUTION

(Received February 4, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Feb. 3 The Colonial Secretary, Mr. W. Ormsby-Gore, stated in the UoUse of Commons to-day that he had asked'the Governor of Ceylon to report fully on the working of the Constitution. On receipt of the report he. would consider the advisability of appointing a Commission to consider various proposals for amendments to the Constitution which he had received from Ceylon.
