ELECTION PRECAUTION
300 ARRESTS IN BULGARIA VIENNA, Jan, 28 Three hundred people, alleged to have been involved in a Communist conspiracy, have been arrested throughout Bulgaria. It is believed that the real reason for the arrests is as a precaution before the election. The introduction of more moderate electoral laws lias resulted in an embarrassing flood of 5000 candidates for 160 seats, as many as 40 contesting one seat.
