Bottom intermediate level— Underhand stopes No. 1 reef south averages l£in. wide, value £6 13s a ton. Mine waa closed down for the Christmas holidays from December •S3, 1.037. to January 3, 1038. Golde-i Crown (Komata).>—Rich ore is being broken in intermediate level 15ft. above No. 1 level on No. 2 reef. Reef in this intermediate level has bearing of 54 degrees magnetic, whereas in old No. 1 level bearing isi-10 degrees magnetic, so that this w new developaicnt. The ore is being bagged for treatmeo .
