• TRUCK DRIVER'S FATE FOUR ACCUSED FOR TRIAL (Received January 11, 9.18 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Jan. 11 At the conclusion of the inquest into the death of John Thomas Demsey. truck driver, whose body was found in a sack in the Kinglake district on November 3, the coroner returned a verdict to the effect that deceased had been murdered. He .committed for trial the four arrested men on a charge of murder, namely Matthew O'Keefe, aged 37; Roy McFarlane, 32; William Grft.hame, 30; and Harold John Peeve, 37. The trial will take place on February 15.
