TRADE NEGOTIATIONS LONDON. Jan. 10 The British delegation to the trade pact talks with the United States, which will be begun in the middle of February, will comprise the Ambassador, Sir Ronald Lindsay, and the Board of Trade expert on commercial relations and treaties, Mr. A. E. Overton, with officials of the Board of Trade and other Departments.
