The issuo will increase the issued capital of the com pan v bv £1)0,000 to £1,540,000 in 1,925,000 'JO.s shares. An issue of 250,000 16s shares at the same premium was made last March 011 the basis of one lor six. In the accounts lor the year ended Julv share premium account stood at £'loo,ooo.
