SINGAPORE-DARWIN STAGE ! DARWIN. Dec. 20 The commander of the Empire flyingboat Centaurus, Captain Burgess, and the flying superintendent of Qantas 'Airways, Captain Brain, are both satisfied that the temporary bases available for flying-boate between Singapore and Darwin would be satisfactory if an immediate extension of the flying-boat service to Darwin took place.
