PROTEST TO SOVIET
ARREST OF JAPANESE DEMAND MADE FOR RELEASE V (Received December 19, 5.5 p.m.) TOKIO. Dec. 18 Japan has protested to the Soviet Embassy in connection with the arrest of seven Japanese on ambiguous charges at Vladivostok and has demanded their immediate release.
