DIRECTORATE DISPUTE FULL COURT'S DECISION (Received December 30, 11.30 p.m.) SYDNEY. Dec. 10 The dispute concerning tlie directorate of Labour Daily, Limited, was settled by the Full Court to-day. It upset the decision of Mr. Justice Long Innes, and ruled that Messrs. J. T. Lang and J. Beaslcy, as well as Messrs. J. O'Reilly and J. Xilbtirn, had been, properly elected to the board by the ballot held in December, 1936.
