FANTASY IN FIFE

Miss Ruby Ferguson has written a charming fantasy under the title "Lady Rose and Mrs. Memmary." These and the other characters of the book, with the august exception of Queen Victoria, are creatures of the author's imagination, hut strangely alivo for all their whimsicalities. They revolve about a dream-house in Fife, an unsubstantial but most believable castle for a parade of happy people. Anyone whose mind is young, from 17 to 70, will revel in Miss Ferguson's gay tale. "Lady Bo.se and Mrs. Memmnry," by Kuby rerguson. (Hochlcr and Stouffhton.)
