NEW TEACHERS

COMPLETION OF TRAINING Over 170 students of the Auckland Teachers' Training College yesterday finished their second year's work, and next year will be employed as probationary assistants under the Auckland Education Board. A number of students from -the Hawke's Bay, laranaki and Wanganui education board districts also completed their training at the college yesterday and will bo returning to their own districts during the next few days. The 173 teachers who will come under the control of the' Auckland Education Board next year comprise 97 women and 76 men.
