RUMANIAN MOVEMENT ALLIANCE THE OBJECTIVE . BUCH4REST7: Nov.- 30 A manifesto urging alliance with the Rome-Berlin . axis against Bolshevism has been issued by M. Cornelius Codreanu, leader of the Fatherland Party, formerly the Fascist /'lron Guards."
The manifesto is hostile to the Western democracies, the League of Nations, and the Balkan and Little Entente Pacts. It promises most violent opposition to M. Titiilescu, veteran Rumanian statesman of the League Assembly 1 "Forty-eight hours after our victory," the manifesto states, "Rumania will be allied to Rome and Berlin."
